How do I book an RV site or a stay?

What do RV sites cost?
Off-peak, sites run $59 on weekdays and $79 on Friday and Saturday, with weekly, two-week, and monthly options from $336. Peak season runs $68 to $85 a night. The full table is on our Rates page.
What are the unique stays, and what do they cost?
Glamping tents from $139, the Jack and Jill cabin from $149 per side, the Mongolian yurt from $179, Conestoga wagons from $189, and the Mirror House from $299. The railcar cabin is quoted by date. Ask about the current 10% accommodation special.
Where exactly is Twin Oaks?
5390 I-10 in Alleyton, Texas, ten minutes east of Columbus. From Houston it is about an hour west on Interstate 10; from Austin, about ninety minutes. Directions live on the Maps page.
What is included with a wedding package?
Every package includes up to 150 guests, all-day use of the venue, the bridal and groom suites, your ceremony at the Oak Tree or Rustic Barn, a reception in the Rustic Barn or Dance Hall, setup and breakdown, a basic sound system, and resort amenities. Packages are $3,500 Monday to Thursday, $5,500 Friday and Sunday, and $6,500 on Saturday.
How do I hold a wedding date?
$500 secures your date. Venue tours are by appointment, and we would love to walk the campus with you. Holiday dates are quoted separately.
Can I rent the venue for something other than a wedding?
Yes. Birthdays, reunions, showers, and company events rent by the hour: $100 an hour Monday to Thursday with a two-hour minimum, $225 an hour Friday to Sunday with a four-hour minimum, or $1,200 for a full day. Setup, breakdown, and basic amenities are included.
What amenities come with a stay?
The indoor pool house with its hot tub and rock waterfall, the saloon casino game room, the general store, the guest lounge, the new bathhouse, boardwalks and walking trails, fire pits, lakeside fishing on the ranch pond, and the go-kart track. See Park Details for the full tour.
Is there lodging for wedding guests on the property?
Yes. Between the glamping tents, wagons, yurt, cabins, and railcar, the ranch sleeps up to 15 guests in addition to RV sites for traveling family. Many couples book the whole set for the weekend.
What about pets, quiet hours, and park policies?
Policies are provided with your reservation confirmation and at check-in. If something would make or break your trip, call or text before you book and we will give you a straight answer.
